Research on the Practical Path of Empowering Common Prosperity with New Quality Productivity

新质生产力赋能共同富裕的实践路径研究

This study aims to explore in depth the practical path of empowering common prosperity with new quality productivity, and provide useful references for achieving common prosperity. Through literature analysis, comparative analysis, and comprehensive analysis, the inherent compatibility and empowering value basis of new quality productivity and common prosperity have been revealed. Research has found that new quality productivity and common prosperity have inherent compatibility in terms of value basis, essential requirements, and goal guidance. They can expand economic growth space through technological innovation, consolidate material foundation with high labor productivity, promote spiritual civilization construction with new development concepts, achieve harmonious coexistence between humans and nature with green and low-carbon, and comprehensively upgrade the three elements of labor to promote comprehensive human development. On this basis, this study proposes a practical path to empower common prosperity with new quality productive forces, including deepening institutional and mechanism reforms, smoothing the virtuous cycle of common prosperity, strengthening technological innovation breakthroughs, consolidating the powerful driving force of common prosperity, expanding the effective supply of human resources, strengthening the main force of common prosperity, stimulating cultural production and innovation, broadening the spiritual dimension of common prosperity, implementing the concept of green development, and enhancing the green momentum of common prosperity.

本研究旨在深入探讨新质生产力赋能共同富裕的实践路径，为实现共同富裕提供有益参考。通过文献分析法、比较分析法、综合分析法，揭示了新质生产力和共同富裕的内在契合性及赋能的价值依据。研究发现，新质生产力和共同富裕在价值基点、本质要求、目标引领三方面具有内在契合性，能够科技创新扩大经济增长空间、以高劳动生产率夯实物质基础、以新发展理念促进精神文明建设、以绿色低碳实现人与自然和谐共生、以劳动力三要素全面升级推动人的全面发展。在此基础上本研究提出了实现新质生产力赋能共同富裕的实践路径，包括深化体制机制改革，畅通共同富裕良性循环、加强科技创新突破，凝聚共同富裕强大动力、扩大人力资源有效供给，壮大共同富裕主体力量、激发文化生产守正创新，拓宽共同富裕精神维度、贯彻绿色发展理念，增强共同富裕绿色动能。
