边疆民族地区乡村振兴青年人才现状与对策

Current Situation and Countermeasures of Youth Talents in Border Ethnic Areas for Rural Revitalization

Comprehensive promotion of rural revitalization, the key is talent, and the core is the high-quality development of rural human capital. By conducting-depth investigations in 8 counties (cities, districts) in Guangxi’s border ethnic regions, we can understand the situation and challenges faced by youth talent teams in industrial development, rural governance, rural planning and construction, rural public services, agricultural and rural technology, and social public welfare services, etc., in the revitalization the countryside. We can comprehensively analyze the factors influencing the willingness of young talents to participate in the revitalization of border ethnic regions, and propose action strategies promote the participation of young talents in the revitalization of border ethnic regions.

全面推进乡村振兴，关键在人才，核心在高质量开发乡村人力资本。通过对广西边疆民族地区8个县（市、区）的深入调查，了解乡村振兴在农村产业发展、乡村治理、乡村规划建设、乡村公共服务、农业农村科技、社会公益服务等方面青年人才队伍建设面临的形势和挑战，综合分析青年人才参与边疆民族地区乡村振兴意愿的影响因素，提出促进青年人才参与边疆民族地区乡村振兴的行动策略。
