The purpose of this study was to test the effects of education in cadaver practice on the major satisfaction, nursing professionalism and attitudes toward organ donation of nursing students. This study used one group, pre-post test design. The subjects consisted of 51 nursing students. Data were collected from January 1st to January 12th, 2024. Using SPSS for Windows version 21.0, data was analyzed in terms of frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, the paired t-test, and Pearson correlation coefficients. The result of study are as follows. After the cadaver practice education, there were significant increase in major satisfaction(t=-3.55, p<.001), nursing professionalism(t=-2.02, p<.049) and attitudes toward organ donation were above average(t=-0.74, p=.462). After the cadaver practice education, major satisfaction was found to be positively correlated with nursing professionalism(r=.68, p<.00), attitudes toward organ donation (r=.28, p<.05). nursing professionalism and attitudes toward organ donation(r=.42, p<.002) showed a positive correlation. Cadaver practice education for nursing students could be an effective nursing education. Therefore, in order to improve the quality of nursing education of nursing students, it is necessary to develop repeat study to verify the effectivene.
