창의융합 발표토론 프로그램의 중고등학교 수업 적용 방안 연구

A Study on the Application of Creative Convergence Education Program based on Presentation and Discussion to Middle and High School Classes

This study reconstructed a Creative Convergence Education Program based on Presentation and Discussion (CCEP) for middle and high school students in Jeollanam-do as an extracurricular program within the regular school curriculum, aiming to enhance adolescents' creative convergence capabilities and develop an educational model for addressing local and global issues. The implementation of this presentation-discussion style creative convergence education within school settings is expected to yield several benefits. It introduces a novel educational approach fostering creative convergence capabilities, enhances students' creative convergence literacy through self-directed learning processes, and develops collaboration, empathetic communication skills, and core competence through team-based learning. Additionally, it cultivates integrated knowledge and convergent thinking skills by exploring interdisciplinary topics, enabling students to identify local issues, develop problem-solving skills, and adapt proactively to future social changes. Synergizing CCEP with the reading and humanities education initiative of the Jeollanam-do Office of Education could amplify its effectiveness, fostering students' ability to connect and integrate various academic fields, critical thinking, and creativity. In the context of the 4 th Industrial Revolution and rapidly changing job structures, CCEP serves as an appropriate educational module for enhancing competencies, suitable for both school-age education and university students' learning capabilities. There is a need to integrate this program into the school curriculum and organically link it with vocational and lifelong education models for university students in autonomous majors.
