Given that police efforts for gender equality generally conflict emotionally with the female police hate discourse with enormous potential, it is necessary to identify what women's human rights are internationally accepted and apply them to this organization. This paper sheds light on the limitations of the police's gender equality policy in the environment of misogyny culture and interprets the results of previous studies that analyzed the causes and alternatives of the police hate discourse in the light of The Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination Against Women (CEDAW). To this end, the researcher introduces the police's gender equality policy and then examines the grievances that the female police have to endure in a misogynistic cultural environment from a human rights perspective. After analyzing the hate discourse of the female police and critically examining the contents of previous studies that suggested alternatives, it is explained by reinforcing the deficiencies of the international human rights law. As a result, this study highlights the responsibility of the government to wipe out male-biased police positions and conservative mindsets based on gender roles, and to protect the motherhood of female police officers. This study argues for timely value in that this research reinforces the methodology that analyzed the discourse of the media by interpreting the grievances that women police have to suffer unfairly in police duties dominated by male and female images in the light of internationally accepted human rights rules.
