The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of welfare and working environment of workers with disabilities on the turnover of workers with disabilities. For this purpose, previous studies were reviewed and analyzed with data from the Korea Employment Agency for the Disabled in 2023. The results of this study are as follows. First, welfare benefits, working environment and turnover of workers with disabilities were correlated. Second, welfare benefits had a significant effect on the turnover of workers with disabilities, but the near-field environment did not show a significant effect. In view of these results, it was found that the welfare system should be expanded to lower the turnover rate of workers with disabilities. In addition, it can be seen that it is necessary to re-verify the relationship between the working environment and the turnover of workers with disabilities.
