Analysis on Restructuring Criterian and Importance of Small and Medium Sized Cities in Response to Local Decline

Of course, this is not the case with all small and medium-sized cities. Optionally, major small and medium-sized cities can also find leading cases of overcoming the decline in the resident population with high visit-friendliness. Therefore, this paper aims to propose guidelines for revitalizing small and medium-sized cities by objectively exploring small and medium-sized urban regeneration models that can overcome population extinction and regional decline by presenting standards to promote revitalization of new small and medium-sized cities in response to the decline of small and medium-sized cities.
