구성주의진로 집단상담프로그램에 참여한 고등학생의 생애주제 탐색 경험

High School Students' Experiences of Exploring Life Thema in a Constructivism Career Group Counseling Program

본 연구는 구성주의진로 집단상담프로그램에 참여한 고등학생들의 생애주제 탐색 경험 을 밝히고자 하였다. 이를 위해 고등학생 대상 구성주의진로 집단상담프로그램을 구성하 고 프로그램 진행 후 프로그램에 참여한 고등학생들을 대상으로 심층인터뷰를 진행하였 다. 인터뷰 자료를 질적연구방법인 주제분석으로 분석하였고, 분석 결과 구성주의진로 집 단상담프로그램에 참여한 고등학생의 생애주제 탐색 경험은 5개의 범주, 10개의 하위범 주, 25개의 개념으로 추출되었다. 본 연구에 의해 드러난 구성주의진로 집단상담프로그램 에 참여한 고등학생의 생애주제 탐색 경험의 범주는 ‘나에 대한 이야기를 통해 생애주제 를 발견함’, ‘시각화 작업을 통해 생애주제를 결정함’, ‘생애주제 발견 후 나 자신과 진로 에 대한 확신이 생김’, ‘미래에 대한 이야기를 통해 진로목표를 확립함’, ‘상호작용을 통해 진로의식이 확장됨’으로 도출되었다. 연구결과에 따른 시사점 및 연구의 한계와 후속 연 구를 위한 제언을 논의하였다.

This study aimed to elucidate the life theme exploration experience of high school students who participated in a constructivist career group counseling program. To this end, interviews were conducted with high school students who participated in the group counseling program based on constructivist career theory, and the results were analyzed using thematic analysis. As a result of the analysis, five categories, ten subcategories, and 25 concepts were extracted. As a result of the analysis of this study, the categories were derived as ‘discovering life theme through stories about myself’, ‘determining life theme through visualization work’, ‘gaining confidence in myself and my career path after discovering life theme’, ‘establishing career goals through stories about the future’, and ‘expanding career awareness through interaction’. The implications and limitations of the research results and suggestions for follow-up research were discussed.
