자폐 스펙트럼 장애 아동의 손기술 중재에 관한 고찰연구: 주제 범위 문헌 고찰

초록
목적: 본 연구의 목적은 ASD 아동의 손기술 중재에 관한문헌을 고찰하여, 중재의 특성과 국내외 차이를 살펴보고자 한다. 방법: 2 014년부터 2024년까지 DBPIA, KISS, 교보문교스콜라, EMBASE, Pudmed, Ieeexplore, Google Scholar 데이터베이스에 게재된 ASD 아동의 손기술 중재 문헌을 선정 기준에 따라 1차, 2차 선별을 진행하여 국내 3편, 국외3편으로 총 6편의 논문을 선정하였다. 결과: 평균적으로 국내는 4명, 국외는 16.7명이 연구 대상자로 참여했으며, 주로 6~11세 남자 아동을 대상으로 연구가 진행되었다. 국내외 중재 방식은 라이트 박스 훈련, 감각 통합 프로그램, 운동 프로그램, 목표관리 훈련, 제스처기반 게임이 존재했으며 라이트 박스 훈련이 가장 많이 사용되었다. 중재는 평균적으로 10주 동안 25.4회기에 걸쳐 회기 당 44.25분 동안 진행되었다. 손기술 평가도구로 BOT-2 가 가장 많이 활용되었다. 선정 논문의 중재는 뻗기, 쥐기, 양손협응에 긍정적 영향을 주었으나 손안조작, 운반하기에대한 중재는 없었다. 결론: ADS 아동 대상 손기술 중재는 최근 연구에서 뻗기, 쥐기, 양손협응의 손기술 기능 향상뿐 아니라 놀이 발달, 대근육 운동 기술 등에도 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 확인되었다. 그러나 손안조작, 운반하기에 대한 국내외 중재연구는 현재 미흡한 실정이므로, 관련 연구가 더욱 활발히 진행되어야 한다.
This study aims to review the literature on hand skill interventions for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and examine the characteristics of these interventions, as well as the differences between domestic and international approaches. A total of six papers, three domestic and three international, were selected through primary and secondary screening based on inclusion criteria from databases including DBPIA, KISS, Kyobo Scholar, EMBASE, PubMed, IEEExplore, and Google Scholar, focusing on studies published between 2014 and 2024. On average, domestic studies involved four participants, while international studies involved 16.7 participants, with the majority of participants being boys aged 6-11. The interventions used domestically and internationally include lightbox training, sensory integration programs, motor programs, goal management training, and gesture-based games, with lightbox training being the most frequently used. The interventions were conducted over an average of 10 weeks, with 25.4 sessions, each lasting 44.25 minutes. The most commonly used assessment tool for hand skills was BOT-2. The interventions in the selected studies showed positive effects on reaching, grasping, and bilateral coordination, although none targeted in-hand manipulation or carrying skills. In conclusion, recent studies on hand skill interventions for children with ASD have demonstrated improvements not only in reaching, grasping, and bilateral coordination, but also in gross motor skills. However, research on interventions related to in-hand manipulation and carrying is currently insufficient, with further studies required in this area.
