퇴원손상심층조사 자료를 활용한 화상환자의 특성과 재원일수에 영향을 미치는 요인 분석

Analysis of Factors Affecting Characteristics of Burn Patients and Length of Stay Using Data from the Korea National Hospital Discharge In-Depth Injury Survey

본 연구는 2018-2022년 퇴원손상심층조사 자료를 활용하여 화상환자의 특성과 재원일수에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하였다. 손상 기전에서 온도손상(불, 화염, 고온, 저온)이 있는 4,463건을 연구 대상으로 선정하여 일반적 특성, 진료 특성을 파악하기 위해 복합표본 빈도분석 및 기술통계 분석을 시행하였고, 재원일수에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하기 위해 복합표본 일반 선형모형 분석을 시행한 결과 첫째, 성별에서는 여성, 연령은 45-64세, 손상 발생 장소는 집, 지역은 서울지역에서 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 성별, 연령, 손상 발생 장소, 수술 여부, 주진단이 재원일수에 영향을 미쳤다.

This study analyzed the factors that affect the characteristics and resources of burn patients by utilizing the 2018-2022 Korea National Hospital Discharge in-depth injury survey data. 4,463 cases with temperature damage were selected as a study in the pre -damaged period, and combined sample frequency analysis and technical statistical analysis were performed to identify general characteristics and medical characteristics. As a result of conducting a composite general linear model analysis to identify the factors, women were high in gender, 45-64 years old, homes for damages, and areas in Seoul. Second, gender, age, damage, surgery, and diagnosis influenced the number of days.
