간호대학생의 도덕적 민감성과 사회적지지가 간호전문직관에 미치는 영향

The Effect of Moral Sensitivity and Social Support on the Nursing Professionalism among Nursing Students

본 연구는 간호대학생의 도덕적 민감성과 사회적지지가 간호전문직관에 미치는 영향을 확인하고자 하였다. 연구를 위한 자료수집은 간호대학생 2학년을 대상으로 온라인 설문 조사를 하였다. 수집된 자료의 최종 157부를 SPSS 21.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 도덕적 민감성과 사회적지지는 정(+)의 상관관계가 있었고 간호전문직관과 도덕적 민감성, 사회적지지는 정(+)의 상관관계가 있었다. 그리고 간호전문직관에 도덕적 민감성과 사회적지지는 유의한 영향 요인이었다. 따라서 간호대학생의 간호전문직관을 높이기 위해서는 간호대학생의 사회적지지 체계를 확인하고 사회적지지 높일 수 있는 전략이 요구되며, 도덕적 민감성을 높이기 위한 체계적인 윤리교육 프로그램이 필요할 것이다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of nursing students' moral sensitivity and social support on nursing professionalism. Data for the study were collected through an online survey of second year nursing students. The final 157 data collected were analysed using SPSS 21.0. The results of the study showed that moral sensitivity and social support were positively correlated and that nursing professionalism, moral sensitivity and social support were positively correlated. In addition, moral sensitivity and social support were significant factors influencing nursing professionalism. Therefore, in order to enhance nursing professionalism of nursing students, it is necessary to identify the social support system of nursing students and develop strategies to enhance social support, and a systematic ethics education programme to enhance moral sensitivity is necessary.
