대학 교양교육의 변화와 발전 방안에 관한 고찰

Consideration on Changes and Development Plans in University Liberal Arts Education

본 논문은 대학의 교육환경 변화에 맞추어 교양교육의 변화와 역할을 이해하는 것은 매우 중요하다. 따라서, 본 연구의 정책적 제언은 대학의 교양교육은 학생의 의견을 반영한 교과목 개발이 필요하지만 학생들에게 필요로 하는 교육과정을 개발 및 제공해주는 역할이 더욱 요구된다. 교육환경변화에 대한 사회적 요구에 따라 소통하는 교양교육정책을 수립하기 위해 각 대학별 교양교육 전담기구와의 협력을 통한 교육과정 공동운영의 노력이 필요하다.

This paper was very important to understand the changes and roles of liberal arts education in line with changes in the educational environment of universities. Therefore, the policy recommendation of this study is that liberal arts education in universities needs to develop subjects that reflect students' opinions, but it is more necessary to develop and provide the curriculum that students need. In order to establish a liberal arts education policy that communicates with the social demands for changes in the educational environment, efforts are needed to jointly operate the curriculum through cooperation with the liberal arts education organization of each university.
