간호대학생의 돌봄인성과 전공만족이 직업가치관에 미치는 영향

The Effect of Caring Character and Major Satisfaction on Work Values of Nursing College Students

본 연구는 간호대학생을 대상으로 돌봄인성과 전공만족도가 직업가치관에 미치는 영향을 확인하고자 하였다. 자료 수집은 간호대학생을 대상으로 하였으며, 최종 206부를 SPSS. 21 프로그램으로 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 돌봄인성과 전공만족은 직업가치관에 정적 상관관계가 있었다. 직업가치관에 미치는 영향은 전공만족이 가장 큰 영향력이 있었고 돌봄인성의 용기, 일반적 특성에서 입학동기의 높은 취업률과 입시성적에 맞추어가 유의한 영향 요인임을 확인하였다. 이들 변수의 설명력은 57.3%이었다. 본 연구결과를 통해 간호대학생의 직업가치관을 높이기 위한 교육 전략을 수립하는데 기초자료를 제공할 수 있었다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of caring character and major satisfaction on the work values of nursing college students. Data collection was conducted on 206 nursing students and analyzed using the SPSS 21 program. The results of the study showed that caring character and major satisfaction had a positive correlation with work values. Major satisfaction had the greatest influence on work values, and among general characteristics, high employment rate and considering the admission score were important factors influencing work values. The explanatory power of these variables was 57.3%. The results of this study provided basic data for establishing an educational strategy to increase work values of nursing college students.
