간호대학생의 자기자비, 자아존중감, 타인에 대한 태도 연구

A Study on Nursing Student’s Self - Compassion, Self Esteem, and Attitudes toward Others

이 연구는 간호대학생의 자기자비, 자아존중감, 타인에 대한 태도를 살펴보고, 자기자비와 자아존중감, 타인에 대한 태도간의 상관관계를 확인한 후 향후 자기자비역량을 향상시킬 수 있는 방안을 제시하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 대상자는 강원도 소재 S대학 간호학과 학생 중 이 연구의 목적을 이해하고 참여하기로 동의한 241명을 대상으로 하였으며, 수집된 자료는 SPSS/WIN 29.0 통계프로그램을 이용하였다. 연구결과 간호대학생의 자기자비점수는 3.35±.54점, 자아존중감 점수는 3.35±.56점, 타인에 대한 태도는 4.79±1.16점이었다. 간호대학생의 자기자비정도와 자아존중감, 타인에 대한 상관관계를 분석한 결과 자기자비정도는 자아존중감(r=.698, p<.001) 및 타인에 대한 태도(r=.154, p=.017)와 유의한 양의 상관관계를 보였다. 또한 자아존중감과 타인에 대한 태도(r=.309, p<.001) 역시 유의한 양의 상관관계를 보였다. 이러한 결과를 통해 간호대학생의 자기자비역량과 자아존중감 역량을 증진시킬 수 있는 프로그램의 개발을 제언한다.

This study examined nursing students' self-compassion, self-esteem, and attitudes toward others, and confirmed the correlation between self-compassion, self-esteem, and attitudes toward others. Also this study is a descriptive research that proposed ways to improve self-compassion capabilities in the future. The subjects were 241 nursing students at S University in Gangwon-do who understood the purpose of this study and agreed to participate. The collected data was analyzed using the SPSS/WIN 29.0 statistical program. As a result of the study, nursing students' self-compassion score was 3.35±.54 points, self-esteem score was 3.35±.56 points, and attitude toward others was 4.79±1.16 points. As a result of analyzing the correlation between nursing students' self-compassion, self-esteem, and others, the degree of self-compassion was related a significant positive correlation to self-esteem (r=.698, p<.001) and attitude toward others (r=.154, p=. 017). Additionally, self-esteem and attitude toward others (r=.309, p<.001) also showed a significant positive correlation. Through this results, we will propose the development of a program that can promote self-compassion and self-esteem of nursing students.
