유아교사의 교사핵심역량과 코칭역량과의 관계에서 교수효능감의 매개효과

Mediating effect of Teacher efficacy on Relationship between Core competency and Coaching competency of Early Childhood teachers

목적 본 연구는 유아교사에게 요구되는 교사핵심역량과 교수효능감이 코칭역량에 미치는 영향을 알아보고 유아교사들의 교사핵심역량과 코칭역량 간의 관계에서 교수효능감의 매개효과는 어떠한지 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 방법 J도에 소재한 유아교사 212명을 대상으로 유아교사의 교사핵심역량, 코칭역량, 교수효능감에 관한 자료를 수집하여, 빈도와 백분율, 상관분석과 회귀분석 및 매개효과 분석, 매개효과 검증 결과를 바탕으로 Sobel-test를 실시하여 통계적 유의성을 분석하였다. 결과 유아교사의 교사핵심역량, 교수효능감, 코칭역량 간에 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 유아교사의 교사핵심역량은 교수효능감과 정적 영향을 교수효능감은 코칭역량에 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 유아교사의 교수효능감은 교사핵심역량과 코칭역량간의 관계에서 부분 매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 본 연구의 결과는 교사핵심역량과 코칭역량 및 교수효능감은 현재 실행되는 유아놀이중심 누리과정의 운영에 긍정적인 영향을 줄 수 있을 것으로 기대하며 교사연수 프로그램 개발을 위한 기초자료로 활용 될 수 있을 것으로 본다.

Objectives The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of core teacher competencies and teaching effi cacy required of early childhood teachers on coaching competencies and to examine the mediating effect of teaching efficacy. Methods A survey was conducted with 212 early childhood educators in J province to collect data on teachers' core competencies, coaching competencies, and teaching efficacy. Frequency and percentage analyses, correlation analysis, regression analysis, and mediation analysis were conducted. To verify the mediation effect, a Sobel test was performed to assess statistical significance. Results As a result of the study, There is a significant relationship between the core competencies of early child hood teachers, teacher efficacy, and coaching competency. It appears that the core competency of early child hood teachers have a positive effect on teacher efficacy, and teaching efficacy has a positive effect on coaching competency. and teaching efficacy was found to mediate partly. Conclusions There is a significant relationship between the core competencies of early childhood teachers, teaching efficacy, and coaching competencies. It appears that the core competencies of early childhood teachers have a positive effect on teaching efficacy, and teaching efficacy has a positive effect on coaching competency.
