자동차 운반선의 선적 계획 자동화 방법에 관한 연구

A Study on the Automation Method of Stowage Plans for Car Carriers

본 연구는 선사의 플래너가 예약받은 화물을 자동차 운반선에 최적화된 화물 선적 계획을 수립하는 과정에서 외부 전문가시스템을 연계하여 활용하는 방법을 제안합니다. 해상 운송 중 선박 내 공간 활용도 및 화물 재취율을 고려하여 선적 계획을 수립할 수 있도록 외부 전문가시스템을 연계하여 선적 계획을 자동화합니다. 선박의 구조적 특성, 화물의 특성, 화물의 선적지와 양하지를 고려하여 전문가시스템을 실행하고, 실행된 결과를 이용하여 선적 계획을 완성하는 과정을 소개합니다. 이를 통해 화물 선적 계획 시간을 단축하고 비용을 절감하는 방법을 제안합니다.

This study proposes a method for utilizing an external expert system in conjunction with the shipping company’s planner to optimize cargo stowage plans for car carriers. The method automates the stowage plan by linking the external expert system to consider the space utilization and cargo rehandling rate within the ship during maritime transport. The process involves executing the expert system, which takes into account the structural characteristics of the ship, the characteristics of the cargo, and the loading and unloading locations of the cargo, and using the results to complete the stowage plan. This approach aims to reduce cargo stowage planning time and save costs.
