Evaluation of Aging of Port Facilities - Based on the Busan Port Facility

항만시설의 노후화 문제는 항만 경쟁력 저하로 이어지게 된다. 정부는 항만 현대화 및 재개발 프로젝트를 추진하고 있으나, 예산과 시간 문제로 인해 진행이 더디고, 지속적인 보수보강과 리뉴얼에 대한 체계적인 투자가 필요한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 항만시설의 노후화문제를 부산항으로 국한하여 총 30개 부두의 항만시설물과 총 34개 대상지의 건축시설물에 대한 시설의 현황조사를 조사하여 실태를 파악하고, 대상시설의 노후화 평가 기준에 관해서 관련 법령과 지침을 참조하여 노후화 평가항목을 선정한 후 적정 배점 기준을 제시하고, 대상시설에 대한 노후화 평가를 수행하여 유지보수 우선순위 결정 및 노후화시설의 리뉴얼 대상 선정에 활용하고자 하였다.

The aging problem of port facilities leads to a decrease in port competitiveness. The government is pushing for port modernization and redevelopment projects, but due to budget and time issues, the progress is slow, and systematic investment in continuous repair reinforcement and renewal is required. In this study, the problem of aging port facilities was limited to Busan Port, and the current status of facilities was investigated for a total of 30 pier facilities and 34 target building facilities to understand the actual situation. Regarding the criteria for evaluating the aging of the target facilities, after selecting the evaluation items for aging by referring to the relevant laws and guidelines, the appropriate allocation criteria were presented, and an evaluation of aging for the target facilities was conducted to determine maintenance priorities and to use them for selection of renewal targets for aging facilities.
