창업지원프로그램이 창업효능감, 기업가적 역량, 창업의지에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

최근 국내 대학에서는 다양한 창업 정규 강좌를 개설하고 있으며, 창업 동아리 및 멘토링 활동 등의 창업체험활동을 학생들에게 지원하고 있다. 본 연구는 대학 내에서 시행되고 있는 창업교과 및 창업체험활동 등의 창업지원프로그램이 대학생의 창업효능감과 기업가적 역량, 창업의지에 실제적인 영향을 미치는지 여부와 매개효과를 실증적으로 분석하였다. 연구결과 첫째 창업교육과 창업체험활동은 창업효능감과 기업가적 역량에 모두 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째 창업효능감과 기업가적 역량은 창업의지에 모두 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 창업지원프로그램 중 창업활동 지원이 창업의지에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 창업지원프로그램 중 창업활동 지원과 창업의지 간의 관계에서 창업효능감은 부분매개효과를 나타냈으며 창업지원프로그램과 창업의지 간의 관계에서 기업가적 역량은 부분매개효과를 내는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 본 연구의 결과를 토대로 대학생의 창업의지를 높이기 위해서는 창업지원프로그램의 질적 향상과 다양한 방안을 모색해야 하며, 창업의지를 강화하기 위한 중간과정으로써의 창업효능감과 기업가적 역량을 높일 수 있는 창업교육의 혁신과 다양한 직접적인 창업활동 지원을 충분히 제공해야 한다는 필요성을 제시하였다.

This study empirically analyzed whether entrepreneurship experience activities implemented as various irregular activities such as entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurship club activities, which are taught as regular coursework and awarded credits in universities, actually have a real effect on college students’ entrepreneurship efficacy, entrepreneurial competency, and entrepreneurial will. The results of the study showed that, first, entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial experience activities had a positive effect on both entrepreneurship efficacy and entrepreneurial competency. Second, both entrepreneurship efficacy and entrepreneurial competency had a positive effect on entrepreneurial will. Third, among entrepreneurship support programs, entrepreneurship activity support was found to have an effect on entrepreneurial will. Fourth, among entrepreneurship support programs, entrepreneurship efficacy had a partial mediating effect on the relationship between entrepreneurship competency support and entrepreneurial will, and entrepreneurial competency had a partial mediating effect on the relationship between entrepreneurship support programs and entrepreneurial will. Based on the results of this study, in order to increase college students' entrepreneurial will, it is necessary to improve the quality of entrepreneurship support programs and seek various methods, and to provide sufficient support for innovation in entrepreneurship education and various direct entrepreneurial activities that can increase entrepreneurial efficacy and entrepreneurial competency.
