한국 청년의 마약류 사용 영향 요인: 2022 청년삶실태조사를 중심으로

Covariates of Drug Use among Korean Young Adults: Using 2022 Survey on the Living Conditions of Young Adults

본 연구는 한국 청년 전체에 대한 대표성 있는 자료인 청년삶실태조사를 활용하여 청년의 마 약류 사용에 영향을 미치는 요인을 광범위하게 밝혀내는 것을 목적으로 하여 수행되었다. 최종 분석 대상자는 19~34세 14,966명이었으며, 로지스틱 회귀분석 방법을 활용하였다. 사회적/대 인간 변수 중에서는 사회적 고립, 해외학교 경험이 있을수록 마약류 사용과 정적인 관련이 있었 다. 문화적/태도적 변수 중에서는 정치참여, 흡연, 스마트폰 사용장애가 마약류 사용과 정적으 로 연관되어 있었다. 개인적 변수 중에서는 우울감이 높고, 번아웃과 자살생각 경험이 있고, 삶 의 행복이 낮을수록 평생 마약류 사용 가능성이 높았다.

This study was conducted with the aim of extensively identifying the factors that influence drug use among young adults using nationally representative data from 2022 Survey on the Living Conditions of Young Adults in Korea. The final analysis included 14,966 participants aged 19-34, and logistic regression analysis was used. Among social/interpersonal variables, there was a correlation between social isolation, housing instability, overseas school experience, and drug use. Among cultural/attitudinal variables, political participation, smoking, smartphone addiction were statically associated with drug use. Among intrapersonal factors, higher levels of depression, experiences of burnout and suicidal thoughts, and lower levels of life satisfaction were associated with a higher likelihood of lifetime drug use.
