중일전쟁 시기 國民政府의 라디오 항일선전방송 편성과 선전전

Radio Anti-Japanese Broadcasting and Propaganda Warfare of the National Government During the Sino-Japanese War

국민정부가 들어서면서부터 라디오방송은 본격적으로 성장하였고, 선전전의 수행에 동원되기 시작하였다. 중일전쟁 시기 국민정부는 라디오방송을 이용하여 일본과 치열한 선전전을 벌였다. 일본군의 라디오 선전방송에 대항하여 국민정부는 ‘항일’을 전면에 내세우면서 일본이 점령지역에 설치한 친일 방송국의 프로파간다를 강력하게 비판하는 항일선전방송을 송출하였다. 본고는 중일전쟁 시기 중국 라디오 항일선전방송의 시기별 특성과 편성 및 유형, 괴뢰정부에 대한 선전전의 전개 양상을 차례로 살펴보았다. Ⅱ장에서는 중일전쟁 시기 항일선전방송을 세 개 시기로 구분하여 각각 그 특성을 추출해보았다. Ⅲ장에서는 항일선전방송 프로그램의 구성과 선전 내용을 구체적으로 파악해보았다. Ⅳ장에서는 일본 괴뢰정부의 선전방송과 이에 대항하여 국민정부가 추진하였던 항일방송의 선전 양상을 규명해보았다.

From the beginning of the National Government, radio broadcasting grew in earnest and began to be mobilized for propaganda warfare. During the Sino-Japanese War, the National government used radio to wage a fierce propaganda war against Japan. In response to these Japanese radio propaganda broadcasts, the National government put “anti-Japanese” in the forefront and broadcast anti-Japanese propaganda broadcasts that strongly criticized the propaganda of the pro-Japanese stations in the occupied territories. This thesis examines the timing, organization, and types of Chinese domestic radio anti-Japanese propaganda broadcasts during the Sino-Japanese War, as well as the propaganda campaign against the pro-Japanese government. In Chapter II, the anti-Japanese propaganda broadcasts during the Sino-Japanese War were divided into three periods and their characteristics were extracted. Chapter III examined the composition and propaganda contents of the anti-Japanese propaganda broadcast programs. Chapter IV examined the propaganda aspects of the pro-Japanese government’s propaganda broadcasts and the anti-Japanese broadcasts promoted by the National government.
