자폐스펙트럼장애의 상동행동에 대한 고찰

A Study on the Stereotyped Behavior of Autism Spectrum Disorder

이 연구는 자폐스펙트럼장애의 상동행동에 대한 진단적 정의와 상동행동을 이해하기 위해 진단적 특징으로서의 상동행동, 작동 행동으로서의 상동행동, 자기 자극 행동으로서의 상동행동, 사회적으로 매개된 행동으로서의 상동행동에 대한 기존 연구들을 검토하였다. 이어서 운동 상동증에 대한 병리생리학적 검토를 통해 운동 상동증에 대한 기본적인 내용들을 확인하였다. 또한 상동행동의 기능적 정의의 임상적 유용성에 대한 주장과 자폐 아동의 상동행동 발생에서 감각적 자동적 강화 우연성과 사회적으로 매개된 강화 우연성의 역할을 뒷받침하는 증거에 대해 논의하였다.

In order to understand the diagnostic definition and homologous behavior of autism spectrum disorder through this study, existing studies on stereotypy as diagnostic feature, stereotypy as operational behavior, stereotypy as self-stimulatory behavior, and stereotypy as a socially mediated behavior were reviewed. Subsequently, the basic contents of motor stereotypies were confirmed through a pathophysiological review of motor stereotypies. In addition, the argument for the clinical usefulness of the functional definition of stereotypy behavior and the evidence supporting the role of sensory automatic reinforcement contingency and socially mediated reinforcement contingency in the occurrence of stereotypy behavior in autism spectrum disorder children were discussed.
