맥주효모, 알로에 베라, 실크 펩타이드 추출물의 천연화장품 소재로서의 가치성 연구

A Study on the Value of Brewer's Yeast, Aloe vera L., and Silk Peptide Extracts as Natural Cosmetic Materials

본 연구는 ‘맥주효모, 알로에 베라, 실크 펩타이드 추출물의 천연화장품 소재로서의 가치성 연구’로 맥주효모, 알로에 베라, 실크 펩타이드 단일 추출물 및 혼합 추출물들의 천연화장품 소재로서의 가치를 규명하기 위해 미용관련 생리활성 효능 측정(항산화 물질 함량-total polyphenol 함량 및 total flavonoid 함량, 항산화 활성 효능-DPPH radical 소거능 및 ABTS radical 소거능 및 효소 활성 효능-tyrosinase 저해 활성 및 elastase 저해 활성) 및 맥주효모, 알로에 베라, 실크 펩타이드 추출물을 1:1:1 비율로 혼합한 혼합 추출물을 첨가한 분무형태의 미스트 화장품 제조 후, 품질평가를 실시한 결과, 맥주효모, 알로에 베라, 실크 펩타이드 추출물은 우리 피부 건강 증진 및 노화 예방, 주름개선, 미백 등에 대한 미용관련 생리활성 효능이 우수한 것을 알 수 있었고, 화장품에 대한 품질 평가 결과도 전반적으로 높은 것을 알 수 있어 맥주효모, 알로에 베라, 실크 펩타이드 추출물은 천연화장품 소재로서 가치가 있음을 알 수 있었다.

This is a ‘Study on the Value of Brewer's Yeast, Aloe vera L., and Silk Peptide Extracts as Natural Cosmetic Materials’. In order to clarify the value of single and mixed extracts of brewer's yeast, Aloe vera L., and silk peptide as natural cosmetic materials, the researchers measured the physiological activity efficacy related to beauty (antioxidant content - total polyphenol content and total flavonoid content, antioxidant activity efficacy - DPPH radical scavenging activity and ABTS radical scavenging activity, and enzyme activity - tyrosinase inhibitory activity and elastase inhibitory activity) and manufactured a spray-type mist cosmetic by adding a mixed extract of brewer's yeast, Aloe vera L., and silk peptide extracts in a 1:1:1 ratio, and then conducted a quality evaluation. As a result, it was found that brewer's yeast, Aloe vera L., and silk peptide extracts have excellent physiological activity efficacy related to beauty for promoting skin health, preventing aging, improving wrinkles, and whitening. The quality evaluation results for cosmetics were also found to be high overall, indicating that brewer's yeast, Aloe vera L., and silk peptide extracts have value as natural cosmetic materials.
