基于历史唯物主义视角的中国人口问题审视

An Examination of China’s Population Problems from the Perspective of Historical Materialism

The population issue is an important factor in China’s social development and has a profound impact on the development of various fields such as the country’s economy, politics, culture, and ecology. Currently, China’s population development has gradually shown a series of trending characteristics. Among them, the phenomenon of a declining birth rate is becoming increasingly prominent, the degree of aging is constantly deepening, and there is also a situation of increase and decrease differentiation in regional populations. Facing numerous problems and challenges such as the continuous intensification of population aging, structural imbalance of educational resources, and obvious differences in regional development. At the critical moment of responding to changes in the population situation, it has become an urgent issue for us to use a philosophical perspective to conduct an in-depth analysis of the driving forces behind the population problems. A practical solution is to take “historical materialism” as the main line, analyze the dialectical relationships among productive forces and production relations, economic base and superstructure, and social being and social consciousness, reveal the essence and root causes of China’s population problems, and put forward corresponding inspirations from aspects such as optimizing the fertility policy, promoting the balance between regions and between urban and rural areas, improving the service supply system, facilitating the coordination of the economy and society, strengthening the talent cultivation mechanism, and promoting the harmony between humans and the environment. The aim is to provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for realizing the sustainable development of Chinese society.

人口问题是中国社会发展的重要因素，对我国经济、政治、文化、生态等各领域的发展影响深远。当下，中国人口发展呈现出“少子化、老龄化、不婚化”等一系列趋势性特征，面临着人口老龄化不断加剧、教育资源结构性失衡、区域发展差异明显等诸多问题与挑战。在应对人口形势变化的关键时刻，运用哲学的视角深入剖析人口问题背后的动因，成为我们亟待解决的问题。一个切实可行的方案，便是以“历史唯物主义”为主线，通过剖析生产力与生产关系、经济基础与上层建筑、社会存在与社会意识之间的辩证关系，揭示了中国人口问题的本质与根源，并从优化生育政策、推动区域城乡均衡、完善服务供给体系、促进经济社会协调、强化人才培养机制以及促进人与环境和谐等方面提出相应启示，旨在为实现中国社会可持续发展提供理论依据与实践指导。
