The rich connotation and practical requirements of the spirit of educators have pointed out the direction for the professional development of teachers in the new era, providing theoretical guidance and action guidelines. The middle school head teacher is an important force in the middle school teacher team, a leader and life mentor for the healthy growth of middle school students. It is necessary to deeply understand the scientific connotation and practical requirements of the educator’s spirit, and to start from six aspects: ideal beliefs, moral sentiments, educational wisdom, practical attitude, benevolence, and pursuit of a broad path. They should lead the class in the right direction, improve their own moral literacy, enhance class governance ability, maintain their own educational vitality, shape their own emotional background, promote class culture construction, realize the modernization of head teacher’s professional literacy, and become a head teacher with “height”, “strength”, and “warmth”.
教育家精神的丰富内涵和实践要求为新时代教师专业发展指明了前进方向,提供了理论指导和行动指南。中学班主任是中学教师队伍中的重要力量,是中学生健康成长的引领者和人生导师,要深刻领会教育家精神的科学内涵和实践要求,从理想信念、道德情操、育人智慧、躬耕态度、仁爱之心、弘道追求六个方面入手,引领班级正确方向、提升自身育德素养、增强班级治理能力、永葆自身教育活力、塑造自身情感底色、推动班级文化建设,实现班主任专业素养现代化,做“有高度”“有力度”“有温度”的班主任。
