Pathways to Enhancing the Modernization of Class Teachers’ Professional Competence under the Guidance of Educationalist Spirit

The rich connotation and practical requirements of the spirit of educators have pointed out the direction for the professional development of teachers in the new era, providing theoretical guidance and action guidelines. The middle school head teacher is an important force in the middle school teacher team, a leader and life mentor for the healthy growth of middle school students.
