Health education, as an important content included in the Compulsory Education Physical Education and Health Curriculum Standards (2022 edition), is the key to students’ core literacy. Health education should adhere to the educational concept of “health first” to improve the physical and mental health level of teenagers. Based on the healthy growth of students, promote the construction of healthy China; Strengthen the main position of school health education and lay the great mission of youth dream of growing up and becoming talented. According to the practical problems, the teaching system of health education is not perfect. The teachers of health education are relatively short; Lack of emphasis on school health education; The problems and challenges faced by health education are analyzed from four aspects: the ecological environment of health education needs to be optimized.

健康教育作为《义务教育体育与健康课程标准（2022年版）》纳入的重要内容，是学生形成核心素养的关键。健康教育从坚持“健康第一”的教育理念，提升青少年的身心健康水平；立足学生健康成长，推动健康中国建设；强化学校健康教育的主阵地，奠定青少年成长成才的青春梦的伟大使命。依据现实问题提出健康教育教学体系尚未完善；健康教育的师资力量相对匮乏；对学校健康教育的重视不足；健康教育的校园生态环境尚需优化四个方面分析了健康教育目前面临的问题与挑战。
