The Effect of PBL Teaching Method in Basic Health Manpower Training and Its Improvement Suggestions

Research objective: To explore the role of PBL teaching method in the training of grassroots health manpower in China and the feasibility of PBL teaching method for the application of grassroots health manpower, and to propose Suggestions for the application mode and improvement direction of PBL in the training of grassroots health manpower in China. Research methods: 1. Literature research. Find out and sort out the effect of PBL teaching method in grassroots health manpower training.2. Questionnaire survey. The cognition and acceptance of PBL teaching method of 528 grassroots health manpower were investigated.3. Cross analysis method. SPSS22.0 software is used for statistical analysis and cross-analysis method is used to analyze the relationship between relevant factors.4. Comprehensive evaluation method. Compare and analyze the self-evaluation between groups who have received PBL teaching and those who have not. Research results: 1. PBL plays an obvious role in developing the comprehensive quality of grass-roots health manpower, establishing the initiative of learning, and strengthening the teaching effect of training and continuing education, but there are still some deficiencies that need to be improved. 2.There are significant differences in PBL teaching effect in terms of education level, location factors served and learning stage of PBL education (P<0.05).3. Self-evaluation of primary health manpower who have received PBL teaching method is better than that of primary health manpower who have not received PBL teaching. Conclusion: PBL teaching method should be actively carried out in the training of grassroots health manpower, and a better application mechanism and optimization of PBL teaching method should be explored in practice and application.

研究目的:探索PBL教学法在中国基层卫生人力培训中的作用以及PBL教学方法对于基层卫生人力群体适用的可行性,为PBL在中国基层卫生人力培训中的运用模式和改进方向提出建议。 研究方法:1、文献研究。查找并整理国内外研究中得出的PBL教学方法在基层卫生人力培训中的成效。2、问卷调查法。对528名基层卫生人力对于PBL教学方法的认知情况和接受情况进行调研。3、交叉分析方法。SPSS22.0软件进行统计分析运用交叉分析方法分析相关因素之间的关系4、综合评价法。对接受过和未接受过PBL教学的群体进行自我评价对比分析。 研究结果:1、PBL对于发展基层卫生人力的综合素质、建立主动学习的积极性、加强培训和继续教育的教学效果具有明显作用,但仍存在不足需要改善。2、受教育程度、所服务的区位因素、接受PBL教育的学习阶段对于PBL教学效果存在显著性差异(P<0.05)3、接受过PBL教学方法的基层卫生人力自我评价相比未接受过PBL教学的基层卫生人力自我评价要好 研究结论:在基层卫生人力的培训中应该积极开展PBL教学,同时不断提升PBL的教学效果,在实践和运用中不断探索更好的运用机制和优化PBL教学方法。
