Trends in Domestic Research on a New Paradigm of Women’s Health Management: FemTech

Purpose : This study applies a scoping review methodology to explore a new paradigm in women's health management through the convergence of FemTech and nursing and to propose concrete measures for its implementation. Method : Following the scoping review framework proposed by Arksey & O’Malley (2005), this study analyzed five domestic research papers related to FemTech, a new paradigm in women's health management. Results : The study identified five key application areas of FemTech : self-diagnostic devices, ICT-based telemedicine, beauty healthcare services, life-cycle health management platforms, and the MiT eco-platform. Conclusion : It is necessary to quantitatively evaluate the effectiveness of FemTech technologies for various groups of women across different life stages and to conduct an in-depth analysis of their social, economic, and personal impacts.
