중국 현대 도자 예술 소재의 확장에 관한 연구 - 경덕진 국제도예비엔날레 공모전 작품 사례를 중심으로

A study on the expansion of Chinese modern ceramic art materials : Focusing on examples of works from the Jingdezhen International Ceramic Biennale Competition

본 연구는 중국 현대 도자 예술의 혁신적인 성과와 발전 추세를 연구하는 것에 목적이 있으며, 경덕진 국제도예비엔날레의 출품작을 중심으로 비엔날레의 대표적인 작품을 중심으로 분석하였다. 최근 중국 현대 도자 예술은 소재의 확장과 중국 현대 도자 예술의 혁신적인 성과를 위한 국제 교류 및 협력을 위한 대규모의 국제도자 공모전 및 전시회가 진행되고 있다. 2021년과 2023년 개최된 국제도예공모전에서 종합 재료 설치 예술, 도자 재료 회화 예술, 디지털 미디어와 도자 예술의 결합, 실험 도예를 포함한 여러 유형의 작품이 출품되어 중국 현대 도자 예술의 다양성과 혁신성이 반영되었음을 알 수 있었다. 또한 예술의 교류, 교육 및 문화유산을 장려하는 데 있어서 국제도자비엔날레의 역할이 영향을 끼치고 있으며, 글로벌 도자 문화에 대한 공헌과 도자예술 영역의 확장을 기대하고 있다.

The purpose of this study is to study the innovative achievements and development trends of contemporary Chinese ceramic art, and the representative works of the biennial were analyzed, focusing on the entries of the Gyeongdeokjin International Ceramic Biennale. Recently, large-scale international ceramic contests and exhibitions have been held for the expansion of materials and international exchange and cooperation for innovative achievements of Chinese contemporary ceramic art. At the International Ceramic Competition held in 2021 and 2023, several types of works including comprehensive material installation art, ceramic material painting art, combination of digital media and ceramic art, and experimental ceramics were exhibited, indicating that the diversity and innovation of contemporary Chinese ceramic art were reflected. In addition, the role of the International Ceramic Biennale is influencing in promoting art exchange, education, and cultural heritage, and it is expected to contribute to global ceramic culture and expand the scope of ceramic art.
