(Purpose) This study aimed to explore effective methods for nurturing talents required by local communities and industries through the interaction of various innovation actors. To achieve this, the study investigated the roles each innovation actor plays in fostering convergence talents and analyzed the impact of their collaboration on talent development. (Design/methodology/approach) Through a survey method, the research evaluated the level of cooperation and the importance of interactions among various actors, while also analyzing their contributions in terms of policy support, resource mobilization, networking, and infrastructure development. (Findings)The results of the study revealed that the collaboration between industries and universities has a significant impact on new technology development and the generation of innovative ideas. Additionally, policy support from local governments was found to make a critical contribution to talent development. Collaboration between civil society and universities also contributes to solving local problems, while sustainability projects in the environment emerged as an important factor in convergence talent development. Through this research, the necessity of industry-academia-government cooperation for fostering convergence talents was emphasized, with the Pentuple Helix model being identified as an effective collaboration model that reflects the complex social demands of the present time.more deeply and broadly. After the development of dementia prevention programs, a system should be established to guide elderly to participate this program well and to continuously manage them.
