대학의 비교과 활동 프로그램을 통한 대학생활적응이 학습성과 및 직업탐색활동에 미치는 영향 - 충남소재 4년제 N대학의 재학생을 중심으로

The Effect of Adaptation to University Life through University Extracurricular Programs on Learning Outcomes and Career Exploration Activities: Focusing on students at a 4-year university in South Chungcheong Province

This study analyzed the effects of college life adaptation through extracurricular education programs on learning outcomes and career exploration activities based on 202 collected samples using the (SPSS V22.0) program. As a result of the analysis, a total of three factors, college life adaptation, learning outcomes, and career exploration activities, were derived with high reliability and explanatory power. The correlation between the factors was also high, and the hypothesis verification showed that college life adaptation had a significant effect on learning outcomes and career exploration activities, and learning outcomes also had a significant effect on career exploration activities. These results show that the necessity of college education is emerging not only in major education and liberal arts education but also in extracurricular education programs in order to educate various talents needed by society.
