문화관광해설사 교육기관의 교육훈련이 직무만족 및 조직몰입에 미치는 영향: 충청남도를 중심으로

The Effect of Education and Training of Culture Tour Guide on Job Satisfaction and Organizational Immersion: Focus on Chungcheongnam-do

This study was conducted at an exploratory level to determine the relationship between education and training for Culture Tour Guide on the effects of job satisfaction and organizational commitment. First, it was studied that the education and training of cultural tourism interpreter educational institutions has a positive (+) effect on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction (.890) was high, and secondly, the education and training of cultural tourism interpreter educational institutions has a positive (+) effect on organizational commitment. Organizational commitment (.745) was high. Third, a correlation analysis was conducted between each variable, and the correlation between the educational program and the instructor's teaching ability was the highest in the analysis results, and most of the correlations between the factors showed a high correlation. Finally, as a result of the regression analysis for hypothesis testing (H), the explanatory power of each of the regression models was 33.3% (F=20.207, p<001), and the regression equation was statistically significant for all factors except the instructor's teaching ability. The education and training of cultural tourism commentary had a mostly positive (+) effect on job satisfaction, and the most influential factor was analyzed as the educational program (.429), and as a result of the analysis of the educational program and educational ecology, the explanatory power of each of the regression models was 20.2% (F=10.261, p<001), and as a result of the regression equation, the educational program and educational ecology were analyzed as a significant positive (+) effect.
