This study aims to investigate the experiences of early childhood teachers with healing programs, their perceptions of the healing industry, and their demands for the operation of the healing industry. The study results are as follows: First, it was found that more than half (55.5%) of the early childhood teachers had experience with healing programs. However, their perception of the healing industry is more focused on treating children with problems. Second, regarding the demands for the operation of the healing industry, the highest priorities among nine items were the development of healing industry programs linked to the Nuri Curriculum, securing policies and budgets for healing industry services for young children, expanding promotion and marketing of healing industry services as support for the holistic development of children, and securing experts such as professional healing instructors for young children within the government and local governments. Third, differences in the demands for the healing industry based on the personal variables of early childhood teachers were found to be influenced by their perception of the healing industry and the type of institution where they were employed. The results of this study are expected to be used as basic data for the desirable direction and activation measures of the healing industry for young children.
