A Study on the Perception of Haikou’s Tourism Image Based on the Analysis of International Tourists’ Commentary Discourse

国际游客评论话语分析下的海口市旅游形象感知研究

International tourists’ perception of Haikou’s tourism image mirrors the internationalization process of Hainan Free Trade Port. This study delves into the commentary discourse of international tourists at seven representative tourist attractions in Haikou through the theoretical framework of narratology, and employs Voyant Tools for word frequency statistical analysis, revealing the perception mechanism of international tourists towards Haikou’s tourism image. The study found that international tourists have a positive attitude towards the perception of Haikou's tourism image. This study provides a reference perspective for the high-quality development and internationalization process of Haikou’s tourism.

国际游客对海口市旅游形象的感知映射着海南自贸港国际化的进程。通过叙事学理论框架,对海口市七个代表性旅游景点的国际游客评论话语进行深入剖析,运用Voyant Tools 进行了词频统计分析,揭示国际游客对海口市旅游形象的感知机制。研究发现,国际游客对海口市旅游形象的感知持正面态度。这一研究为海口市旅游的高质量发展和国际化进程提供了可参考的视角。
