In the context of Xi Jinping Thought on Culture,analysing the practice approach and enlightment of Red China on the red expansion movement in the Central Soviet Area period will contribute to deeply explore the red resources.Through the analyse of the report of Red China on the red expansion movement,this paper expounds the practice approach and the enlightment. According to the statistics,durling the Central Soviet Area Period,the practice approach of the conduct propaganda of Red China on the red expansion movement is focos on the policy advocacy,the special care of the Red Army,the special care of the servicemen’s family and so on. As far as the Communist Party of China,govering in the Central Soviet Area,it is the important component of the mobiluzation system that builded in the special battle ground of the Central Soviet Area. In terms of practice,the conduct propaganda of Red China on the red expansion movement has provided the rich model signficance in the following points :upholding the Party’s overall leadership,the relationship between the Propaganda,Ideology and Culture Frontline and the social reality,and the ability to guide public opinion.
