This study aims to clarify the concept and goals of modernization of ideological and political work in procuratorial organs, and propose a path to optimize the modernization of ideological and political work in procuratorial organs, providing useful reference for promoting the modernization of ideological and political work in procuratorial organs. By analyzing literature and identifying prominent issues in the construction of the prosecutorial team, this paper proposes four new perspectives on the concept and goals of modernizing ideological and political work in prosecutorial organs. This study has guiding significance for the modernization and long-term development of ideological and political work in procuratorial organs.

本研究旨在厘清检察机关思想政治工作现代化概念、目标，并提出优化检察机关思想政治工作现代化的路径，为推进检察机关思想政治工作现代化提供有益借鉴。通过分析文献，剖析检察队伍建设中存在的突出问题，提出检察机关思想政治工作现代化的概念及其目标的四个层次新观点。本研究对检察机关思想政治工作现代化乃至检察工作长远发展具有指导意义。
