소방안전교육 만족도 향상 방안에 관한 연구

Study on Ways to Improve Satisfaction with Fire Safety Education

소방안전교육을 받은 대상자를 통한 설문 만족도분석으로 소방안전교육의 효과에 대해 분석하였다. 소방안전교육의 만족도 향상을 위해 소방안전교육은 안전교육전문가가 실시하도록 하고 특정소방대상물의 소방교육은 전문가가 대행할 수 있도록 하여야 한다. 안전교육분야의 중요도에 따라 가중치를 부여하고 안전교육전문인력은 강의를 위한 별도의 교육을 이수하여야 한다. 소방안전교육을 받은 횟수가 많은 그룹이 만족도도 높고 비상시 대처방법을 많이 알고 있으므로 정기적으로 소방안전교육을 의무적으로 받을 수 있도록 제도적인 보완이 필요하다.

The effectiveness of fire safety education was analyzed through a satisfaction survey of participants who received fire safety education. To improve satisfaction with fire safety education, it should be conducted by safety education experts. Additionally, education tailored to specific firefighting objects should be conducted by specialized experts. The importance of each area of safety education should be appropriately weighted, and safety education professionals should undergo dedicated training. Groups that have received more extensive fire safety education tend to express higher satisfaction and possess greater knowledgeable on how to respond effectively in emergencies. Therefore, institutional improvements are needed to ensure that they receive regular fire safety education.
