수촌리고분군 조영세력의 권역과 성격

Area and Characteristics of the Construction Forces of the Suchon-ri Ancient Tombs

이 논문은 백제의 웅진천도에 적극적으로 조력한 세력의 무덤으로 연 구되는 수촌리고분군에서 475년 웅진천도 이후 고분 조영의 연속성이 확인되지 않는 이유에 주목하여 조영세력의 권역과 성격을 검토하였다. 금강의 북쪽 지류인 정안천 주변에 위치한 수촌리고분군은 북쪽의 요 룡리고분군과 남쪽의 취리산고분군, 신관동 78번지 유적의 고분군과 묘 제와 부장토기에 있어서 동일한 지역단위의 문화권을 이루고 있다. 묘 제는 웅진천도 이전부터 조영된 토광묘와 수혈식석곽묘, 횡혈식 석실묘 를 중심으로 하며, 부장 토기는 광구장경호와 장동호, 직구호의 부장전 통을 공유하는 것이 확인된다. 수촌리고분군 조영세력은 금강북쪽의 정안천 주변의 넓은 생산기반 을 중심으로, 금강을 중심으로 한 육로와 수로 교통의 제해권을 장악한 재지세력이다. 일찍이 한성 백제 중앙으로부터 금동관모와 식리를 비롯하여 많은 위세품을 사여 받았을 뿐만 아니라, 475년 백제 웅진천도의 중요 조력세력으로 평가되고 있다. 그러나 웅진천도 이후 수촌리세력권 내 고분조영과 부장유물에 있어서 백제중앙문화의 적극적인 유입이나 고분문화의 변화모습이 확인되지 않는다. 이는 웅진천도 이후 동성왕대 왕권강화 속에서 왕도 북쪽 방어와 금 강을 중심으로 교통로를 연결하는 수로통제 권한과 정안천변의 경제적 기반 등이, 기존 수촌리세력 중심에서 백제 중앙의 직접적인 지배로 변 화하였기 때문으로 볼 수 있다. 백제의 직접적인 통제에 의해 중앙귀족 세력으로 편입되면서, 정안천변에 기반하였던 수촌리세력의 영향력이 중앙에 편재되었을 것으로 판단된다.

Located around Jeongancheon(정안천), the northern tributary of the Geum-River, Suchon-ri Ancient Tombs forms the same regional culture in the ancient tombs and tombs and burial earthenware of the remains of 78 Shingwan-dong(신관동) in the north, Yoryong-ri(요룡리) Ancient Tombs in the south, and Churisan(취리산) Ancient Tombs in the south. The tombs style is centered on the pit-grave and stone-line tombs, which were contrasted before the transfer of the capital to Woongjin and it is confirmed that the burial earthenware shares the burial tradition of Gwanggu-Janggyeongho(광구장경호), JangDong-ho(장동호), and JigGu-ho (직구호). The Suchon-ri Ancient Tombs are a resourceful force that has dominated the control of land and waterway transportation centered on the Geum-River, centering on the large production base around Jeongancheon(정안천) in the north of the Geum-River. In addition to being acquired from the central part of Hanseong Baekje early on, many prestige items including gilt-bronze crown hats and shoes were acquired from the central part of the Baekje Kingdom, it is also evaluated as an important helper for Baekje's the transfer of the capital to Woongjin in 475. However, it has not been confirmed that after the transfer of the capital to Woongjin has actively introduced Baekje's central culture or changed the ancient culture in the area of the Suchon-ri force since then. This can be attributed to the fact that the authority to control the waterway and the economic foundation of Jeongancheon(정안천), which connect the northern defense of the royal road and the traffic route around the Geum-River, have changed from the existing Suchon-ri forces to the direct control of Baekje's central government amid the strengthening of the royal authority of Dongseongwang(동성왕) after the transfer of the capital to Woongjin. It is believed that Baekje's the transfer of the capital to Woongjin was incorporated into the central control and domain along with the defense of the large production base along the Jeongancheon(정안 천) and the control of waterways and land transportation related to crossing the Geum-River, which was controlled by the Suchon-ri forces. In the future, logical deficiencies, including archaeological analysis of the trends of the Suchon-ri forces incorporated into Baekje's central forces, will be continuously reinforced.
