The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China established the education powerhouse as the strategic fulcrum of Chinese Modernization.However, the systematic interpretation of the internal logic of these two is still inadequate. Based on the essential requirements of Chinese Modernization, focusing on the theoretical connotation and practical path of educational powerhouse, educational powerhouse provides a practical plan with both Chinese characteristics and global values for the new form of human civilization and leads the process of Chinese Modernization by reconstructing the reproduction mechanisms of human capital, activating the momentum of innovation and consolidating social consensus.
党的二十大报告确立教育强国为中国式现代化的战略支点,然而现有研究对二者内在逻辑的系统性阐释仍存不足。基于中国式现代化的本质要求,聚焦教育强国的理论内涵与实践路径,教育强国通过重构人力资本再生产逻辑、激活创新动能与凝聚社会共识,为人类文明新形态提供了兼具中国特色与全球价值的实践方案,引领中国式现代化进程。
