Music therapy, as an interdisciplinary field integrating music, medicine, and psychology, faces challenges in teaching models and talent cultivation. Current courses in China suffer from disconnection between theory and practice, as well as outdated pedagogical methods. This study proposes a “Three-Link” practical teaching system under the “Industry-University-Research-Application (IURA)” framework, which combines “theoretical learning (Link 1)—skill training (Link 2)—practical application (Link 3).” By leveraging industry-academia collaboration, case-based learning, virtual simulation, and project-driven approaches, the system establishes modular curricula and dynamic feedback mechanisms. Through clinical internships, community service, and IURA projects, students apply interdisciplinary knowledge in real-world scenarios. Results demonstrate enhanced clinical competence, innovation capabilities, and alignment of teaching content with industry advancements. The system innovates music therapy education, offering a feasible pathway to deepen IURA integration and cultivate high-quality professionals.
音乐治疗是一门融合音乐、医学与心理学的交叉学科,但当前国内音乐治疗课程存在诸多问题难以满足行业快速发展需求。因此,本研究提出“产学研用”模式下的“三习”贯通实践教学体系,探讨整合校企资源,采用案例教学、虚拟仿真技术及项目式学习的教学方法,同时构建模块化课程群与动态反馈机制。实践教学中采用临床实习、社会服务、产学研合作课题的方式强化学生的专业技能。研究结果表明,该体系不仅能大幅提升教学的效果,还能提高学生的专业技能,有利于学生的技能发展与与行业需求的精准对接。
