The spirit of educators, as a lofty spiritual quality, serves as the driving force for building a strong educational nation, the spiritual pillar for implementing the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education, and the spiritual nourishment for forging a high-quality teaching staff. This paper explores the practical value and connotation of the concept of “teaching implies moral cultivation” in the moral construction of college counselors, and analyzes how the spirit of educators can be effectively implemented in the career of counselors. The article expounds on the core role of counselors in students' ideological and political education, emphasizing that in the context of the new era, counselors should not only have the ability to impart professional knowledge, but also possess noble moral cultivation and educational concepts. Through an analysis of the current situation of counselors' moral construction, this paper proposes key paths such as strengthening counselors' professional identity and enhancing their sense of responsibility, aiming to improve counselors' professional qualities and ideological and moral levels, and to promote the high-quality development of the education cause.
教育家精神作为一种崇高的精神品质,是建设教育强国的动力源泉,是落实立德树人根本任务的精神支柱,是锻造高质量教师队伍的精神养料。文章探讨了“从教即从德”理念在高校辅导员品德建设中的实践价值及其内涵,分析了教育家精神如何在辅导员职业生涯中得以有效落实。文章阐述了辅导员在学生思想政治教育中的核心作用,强调了在新时代背景下,辅导员不仅要具备专业知识传授的能力,更要具备高尚的道德修养和育人理念。通过对辅导员品德建设的现状分析,提出了强化辅导员职业认同、增强责任感等关键路径,旨在提升辅导员的职业素养和思想道德水平,推动教育事业的高质量发展。
