青少年心理健康与人际因素的关系:一项潜在转变分析

The Relationship between Mental Health of Adolescents and Interpersonal Factors: A Latent Rransition Analysis

Objective: To explore the heterogeneity of mental health of adolescents and the impact of interpersonal relationships (parent-child relationship, teacher-student relationship, peer relationship) on it. Methods: 1013 seventh-grade students were followed up for six-month using latent profile analysis and latent transition analysis. Results: (1) The latent profile analysis showed that,the latent categories of adolescent mental health were divided into four groups: the completely mental health group, symptomatic but content group, vulnerable group and disorders group. (2) The latent transition analysis showed that, the stability of the completely mental health group was the highest, and while that of vulnerable group was the lowest.As time passes, the mental health of adolescents tended to improve and shift in a positive direction. (3) Parent-child relationship, teacher-student relationship, and peer relationship are all protective factors for changes in adolescents' mental health, with the mother-child relationship having the greatest impact.Conclusion: There is heterogeneity in the mental health of adolescents,and interpersonal factors play a crucial role in the transformation of it.

目的:探讨青少年心理健康的异质性,以及人际关系(亲子关系、师生关系、同伴关系)对心理健康影响。方法:采用潜在剖面分析与潜在转变分析对1013 名初一学生进行为期六个月的追踪调查。结果:(1)潜在剖面分析发现,青少年心理健康可以分为完全心理健康组、有症状但满足组、易感组和疾患组四种不同类型;(2)潜在转变分析发现,完全心理健康群体稳定性最高,易感组稳定性最低,且随着时间的推移,青少年的心理健康状况倾向于向健康的方向转变;(3)亲子关系、师生关系和同伴关系均是青少年心理健康转变的保护因素,且母子关系的影响作用最大。结论:青少年心理健康存在异质性,且人际因素是心理健康状态转变的重要影响因素。
