理科师范生STEAM 教育的课程培养现状与提升路径——以G 省高等师范院校为例

The Current Situation and Improvement Paths of the Curriculum Cultivation of STEAM Education for Science Normal Students: Taking the Higher Normal Colleges in Province G as an Example

In the process of the coordinated development of education and the times, the importance of STEAM education literacy in cultivating talents at the primary school stage has become increasingly prominent. The teacher group plays a crucial role in implementing the practice of educational literacy. Among pre-service teachers, science normal students have a comparative advantage in the learning, practice and application of STEAM education literacy. This study conducted a questionnaire survey with 448 students from higher normal colleges in Province G as the survey objects. The results showed that there were problems such as deficiencies in the development of STEAM education courses in colleges and universities, obstacles to the development of STEAM education literacy among normal students caused by urban-rural and gender differences, a lack of practical opportunities for normal students, and the need to improve the multi-channel promotion of educational concepts. In view of this, the researchers proposed improvement paths such as adding STEAM education courses in colleges and universities, making classroom organization conform to the actual situation of students, promoting school-enterprise cooperation to cultivate STEAM education talents, and popularizing STEAM education concepts through multiple channels. It is expected that this will provide new perspectives and methods for the theoretical exploration of the STEAM education concept in China and offer theoretical support and guidance for teaching practice.

在教育与时代协同发展的进程中,STEAM 教育素养于小学阶段人才培育的重要性愈发彰显。教师群体在落实教育素养实践层面起着关键作用。而在职前教师范畴内,理科师范生于STEAM 教育素养的研习、实践及运用方面具备相对优势。本研究以G 省高等师范院校448 名学生作为调查对象实施问卷调查,结果表明存在高校在STEAM 教育课程开发方面有所欠缺、师范生因城乡及性别差异致使其STEAM教育素养发展遇阻、师范生实践机遇匮乏且教育理念多渠道推广尚待完备等问题。鉴于此,研究者提出高校应增设STEAM 教育课程、课堂组织契合学生实际状况、推行校企联合以培育STEAM 教育人才、以及多渠道普及STEAM 教育理念等提升路径。期望借此为我国STEAM 教育理念的理论探索提供新视野新方法,并为教学实践给予理论支撑与引导。
