Discernment and dialogue affect the entire ethical life of Christians and all specific areas for the formation of ethical conscience. Discernment is dynamic in the formation of conscience, allowing them to embrace new stages of growth and be open to new decision-making. Conscience formation must be matured through continuous dialogue between Christians and the Church. Through such process, individuals and communities can be integrated in the Church, and the Christian conscience can respond to the needs of the world.
