数字化治理视角下的基层社会治理创新路径探索

Research on the Innovation Path of Grassroots Social Governance Based on the Perspective of Digital Governance

随着时代的进步，社会结构日趋复杂，基层社会治理面临前所未有的挑战。传统的治理方式在应对多元利益主体的诉求、处理海量信息以及提供高效公共服务等方面，其局限性愈发明显。基层作为社会治理的基本单元，其治理成效直接影响社会的和谐与进步。本文基于数字化治理理念，分析当前基层社会治理所面临的挑战，并从多个维度探讨数字化治理视角下基层社会治理的创新路径。

With the evolution of The Times, the social structure is becoming more and more complicated, and the grassroots social governance has encountered unprecedented difficulties. The limitations of traditional governance methods are increasingly prominent in dealing with the demands of multiple stakeholders, handling the huge amount of information and providing efficient public services. As the basic unit of social governance, the governance effect of grassroots is directly related to social harmony and progress. Based on the concept of digital governance, this paper analyzes the adjustment of the current grass-roots social governance, and discusses the innovation path of grass-roots social governance from the perspective of digital governance from many aspects.
