장애자녀 어머니의 자아존중감이 장애수용을 매개로 양육스트레스에 미치는 영향: 가족건강성의 조절된 매개효과

The Effect of Mothers' Self-Esteem on Parenting Stress Through the Mediation of Disability Acceptance: The Moderated Mediation Effect of Family Health

본 연구는 장애자녀 어머니의 자이존중감과 양육스트레스의 관계에서 장애수용 의 매개효과와 가족건강 조절된 매개효과를 검증하기 위하여 수행되었다. 이를 위해 서울, 경기 지역의 장애인 자녀 어머니 169명을 대상으로 SPSS 통계 프로그램을 활 용하여 빈도분석, 상관관계 분석, 기술통계 분석, 회귀분석 등을 실시하였다. 주요 분 석결과는 첫째, 장애자녀 어머니의 자아존중감은 장애수용에 정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 장애자녀 어머니의 장애수용은 양육스트레스에 대한 부적인 영향을 미쳤다. 셋 째, 장애자녀 어머니의 자아존중감이 양육스트레스에 미치는 영향에서 장애수용이 완 전 매개효과가 있었다. 넷째, 장애자녀 어머니의 자아존중감이 장애수용을 매개로 앙 육스트레스에 미치는 영향에서 가족 건강성의 조절된 매개 효과가 있었다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 장애인 어머니의 자아존중감을 높이기 위한 상담과 가족 건강성을 높일 수 있는 가족체계의 역량강화 프로그램과 지원 및 부모교육을 제공할 필요가 있음을 제 언한다.

This study was conducted to verify the mediating effect of disability acceptance and the controlled mediating effect of family health in the relationship between self-esteem and parenting stress of mothers with disabilities. To this end, frequency analysis, correlation analysis, descriptive statistics analysis, and regression analysis were conducted on 169 mothers of children with disabilities in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province using the SPSS statistical program. The main analysis results are, first, the self-esteem of mothers with disabilities had a positive effect on disability acceptance. Second, the disability acceptance of mothers with disabilities had a negative effect on parenting stress. Third, in the effect of the mother's self-esteem of children with disabilities on parenting stress, disability acceptance had a complete mediating effect. Fourth, there was a controlled mediating effect of family health in the effect of the mother's self-esteem of children with disabilities on parenting stress through disability acceptance. Based on the research results, it is suggested that it is necessary to provide counseling to increase self-esteem of mothers with disabilities, support for programs and parental education to increase family health.
