Research on the Construction and Practice of Accurate Management Mode of College Students under the Background of Big Data

This study aims to construct and practice an accurate student management model based on big data to improve the efficiency and quality of education management in colleges and universities. With the support of big data technology, the study explores the precise management strategies for students' academics, mental health, and behavior through multi-dimensional data collection, analysis, and model building. Through data collection and integration, the study establishes a personalized portrait for each student, and identifies students' needs and problems through cluster analysis, regression analysis and other methods, and then develops targeted management and intervention programs. Through the implementation of the precision management model, the school has achieved remarkable results in enhancing academic performance, improving mental health, and strengthening students' comprehensive quality. However, the study also pointed out that data privacy protection, data accuracy, teachers' management ability and resource allocation are still challenges in the implementation process. Nonetheless, the precision management model provides new perspectives and methods for educational management in colleges and universities, and has a wide range of application prospects. In the future, with the further development of technology, the precision management model will be more deeply applied and promoted in colleges and universities.
