Research on the Strategy and Practice Effect of Learning Organization Construction in College Student Management

This study discusses the construction strategy and practical effect of learning organization in college student management. Through literature review, this paper analyzes the relevant theories of learning organization, the current situation of student management in colleges and universities and the research progress at home and abroad, and points out the advantages of learning organization in improving students' autonomous learning, innovation ability and teamwork. It is pointed out that building a learning culture, strengthening leadership and team building, promoting knowledge sharing and innovation mechanism, and using information technology support are the key strategies to realize the construction of a learning organization. The analysis of practical effect shows that learning organization is helpful to improve students' academic performance, promote psychological development and optimize management effect. However, in the process of implementation, there are also problems such as traditional management mode, insufficient participation consciousness of teachers and students and uneven allocation of resources. In order to overcome these challenges, this paper puts forward some optimization suggestions, including perfecting implementation strategies, promoting personalized management and strengthening teacher-student interaction. The research provides a useful reference for the innovation of student management mode in colleges and universities.
