Innovative Research on the Construction and Utilization of Digital Archives in College Student Management

Based on the analysis of the current situation of digital archives construction in colleges and universities, this paper discusses the innovative application of digital archives in improving the efficiency of student management services, ensuring information security and realizing intelligent management. This paper summarizes the technical support, management system, data security and other key factors of digital archives construction, analyzes the challenges encountered by colleges and universities in archives management at present, and puts forward the corresponding optimization paths. Through specific case studies, this paper shows how to integrate digital archives with student management services, data mining and campus information system, and realize fine management and intelligent prediction of students' academic and employment data. This paper puts forward some strategies, such as improving technical support, perfecting management system, enhancing data security and improving personnel quality, to promote the further development of digital archives construction.
