Research on the Improvement and Practice of Emergency Psychological Intervention Mechanism in College Student Management

DOI : 10.62989/jes2025.2.2.50

Based on the investigation and data analysis of different college students, this study found that the psychological intervention mechanism in colleges and universities has some shortcomings in timeliness, effect evaluation and inter-departmental cooperation. The analysis results show that intervention timeliness, early warning mechanism and intervention effect evaluation have significant effects on improving students' mental health. Exercise practice can effectively improve students' emergency response ability and their cognition of psychological intervention mechanism. Based on data analysis, the study puts forward optimization suggestions: strengthening the timeliness of intervention, improving the feedback mechanism, promoting cross-departmental cooperation and conducting psychological intervention drills regularly. In addition, the study also suggests that the effectiveness of emergency psychological intervention mechanism should be further improved through measures such as policy support, teacher-student training and resource investment. This study provides theoretical support and practical guidance for mental health management in colleges and universities, hoping to provide more effective solutions for students' psychological crisis management.
