디지털화 배경 하에서 중국 국유기업의 부동산 관리 연구

Research on the Management of State-owned Enterprise Real Estate in the Digitalization Context

중국 사회·경제가 빠르게 발전함에 따라 국유기업의 부동산 자산 축적이 점점 증가하고 있으며, 이는 국유기업 자산 관리의 핵심 요소가 되고 있다. 인터넷, 클라우드 컴퓨팅, 인공지능, 빅데이터 등 정보 기술의 보편적 응용 속에서 디지털화 관리는 중국 국유기업 부동산 관리의 발전 방향이 되고 있다. 본 논문은 이러한 배경을 바탕으로, 중국 국유기업 부동산 관리의 디지털 전환 필요성을 분석하고, 그 과정에서 직면하는 실질적 문제를 제시하며, 나아가 디지털화 배경 하에서 국유기업 부동산 관리 전략과 방안을 정리하였다. 이를 통해 중국 국유기업의 안정적이고 건강하며 지속 가능한 발전을 위한 기초를 마련하고, 국유 자산 관리 체계의 현대화에 이론적 지원과 실천적 참고 자료를 제공하고자 한다.

With the rapid development of China’s social economy, the accumulation of real estate assets in state-owned enterprises has been increasing and has become a key component in the asset management of these enterprises. Amid the widespread application of information technologies such as the internet, cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and big data, digital management has emerged as a developmental trend in the management of state-owned enterprise real estate. Against this backdrop, this paper analyzes the necessity of the digital transformation of state-owned enterprise real estate management, identifies the actual problems faced during the digital transformation, and then summarizes the strategies and measures for the management of state-owned enterprise real estate in the digital context. The aim is to lay the foundation for the stable, healthy, and sustainable development of state-owned enterprises, and to provide theoretical support and practical reference for the modernization of the state-owned asset management system.
